Show oo Deaths and Funerals uRAGUN. Mrs. Laura Shaw Cragun, wife of the late Willard U. Cragun, died at tho residence of her brother, Elijah Cragun, at North Ogden, last night at 9 o'clock. She recently returned from California, where she spent the winter win-ter in quest of health. She was born in Centerville, March 5, 1857. Surviving her are the following children: Mrs. M. Williams, Chester, Idaho; Willard S. Cragun, Calvin Cragun, Cra-gun, Mrs. Lydia Peterson, Pleasant View; Mrs. Bessie Perry, Willard; Wilson H. Cragun, Denver, Colo., Mrs. Grace Ferguson, Ogden; also 29 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Brothers and sisters who survive her Include: Edward Elijah, John, George and Samuel Shaw and Mrs. Martha E. Rose, Mrs. Amelia Hyatt Funeral arrangements are In charge of LIndquists. LUND Clarence F. Lund, son of Mr. 'and Mr6. Fred A. Lund of Salt Lake, husband of Nellie Lund, and father of Delia, Marguerite, Dorothy and Albert Lund, died this morning at 10:10 o'clock at the Dee hospital. He was 36 years old. His death resulted from appendicitis from which he has been suffering for the past four weeks. Tho body was removed to the Lindquist mortuary. No funeral arrangements have been made. SNOOKS. The infant child of Mr. and Mrs. Roy E. Snooks of North Ogden, died at Salt Lake yesterday. The body was brought to Ogden today and taken in charge by Larkin & Son. Funeral announcement will be made later. OWENS. Henry E. Owens, 51, who died at Provo, will bo buried in Ogden. He formerly worked in the Southern Pacific Pa-cific shops here. He leaves a widow, one son, Paul, and a daughter, Ruth. Larkin & Son. BECRAFT. Chester A. Becraft, 26, died at a local hospital this morning of perlton-itus. perlton-itus. He was born in Ogden, December Decem-ber 25, 1892, and was the son of L. H. Becraft. He leaves a widow, formerly Miss Ella Hislop, one son, Chester Becraft, Jr., father, and brother, L. PI. Becraft, Jr. nn. ! |
