Further suspension of immigration barriers to increase the number of laborers in this country would be unjustified without with-out express legislation by congress Secretary Wilson of the labor depart-j depart-j ment said today in a letter to Representative Repre-sentative Slegel, Republican, New York, who had asked for an order permitting per-mitting unrestricted ad(misslon ol household servants.
