Show REPUBLICAN STATE CONVENTION FOR ELECTION OF DELEGATES. TO THE REPUBLICAN NATIONAL CONVENTION. CON-VENTION. Republican State Conventions for the election of eight delegates and eight alternates, al-ternates, to attend the National Republican Republi-can Convention at Chicago. June 8. Jo hereby officially called to take place at Price, Utah, commencing at ten o'clock a, m. on May 3. At that time thcro will be held, first, a Stato Delegate Convention, Conven-tion, consisting' of 597 delegates. This Convention shall proceed to elect four delegates del-egates from the state at largo and likewise like-wise four alternates. Following the adjournment ad-journment of thl3 convention, a convention conven-tion of the First Utah Congressional District Dis-trict will convene at the same place. This convention will consist of 323 delegates from the following counties: Beaver 10. Box Elder 2S, Cache 42, Carbon 13. Dag gett 1, uuenesne 0, winery iu, uarneio 1. Grand 2. Iron 10. Juab 11, Kane 4, Millard 15. Morgan 5. Pinto 3, Rich 4. San Juan 3, San Potc 32, Sevior 19, Summit 13, Uintah Uin-tah S, Va3atcl1 S, Wayno 3. Washington 9, and Wcbor 52, At 2:30 p. m. the samo day a Convention Conven-tion of the Second Utah Congressional District, consisting .of 274 dolegatos. will be held at another hall. This convention Is authorized to select two delegates and two allornatoa from the counties constituting consti-tuting this district to attend the Chicago Convention on June S. next. Tho Second Congressional District Convention shall consist of 271 delegates from the following counties: Salt Lake 1SS, Tooele 13, Utah 55. Davis IS. Tho delegate representation of botli of these districts constitute tho 597 dologatcs qualified to take part in the Stato Convention. Con-vention.
