Show munr ilsoi sues IB SIH FOR , DAMAGES j A coinplaint was filed in tho district court yesterday by Mary Wilson of Ogden against Amor Singh, a Hindu, for $10,000 damages for alleged do-famation do-famation of character and her good name. Miss Wilson charges that tho notoriety incident to tho charge recently re-cently filed against nor of obtaining money from Singh under false pretenses pre-tenses has damaged her character and good name so that she is unable to at-, at-, tend to her business affairs or to se-! se-! care employment. She further alleges that she -was put , to the expense of ?150 in hiring coun-i coun-i sel and for other purposes in obtaining obtain-ing her release from tho county jail, which "was finally effected when Judge Barker dismissed tho case against her on February 27. She also calls attention atten-tion to her arrest and imprisonment in a cell at tho county jail for six days and eighteen hours.
