Show CHOIR ENTERTJ11NS ' 1 IE II The ward choir of Lynne ward entertained en-tertained several hundred members of the ward and their friends last night with a diversified program of music and dramatic reading., Tho event was considered one of the most pleasurable pleasur-able of the year. Tho program was rendered as follows: "Pilgrim's Chorus," choir. Vocal solo, Charles Price. Vocal duet, Olive and Henrietta. BurL Talk, "A Glimpso Into the Future," Verna Wheeler. Quartet, Sherwood family. Vocal duet, Lillio Christensen, Ruth Bolandcr. "O, Come, Let Us Sing," choir. Recitation, Mrs. Josephine- Mills. Organ solo, Lillian Sherwood. Vocal solo, Pauline Christepsen. "Jesus, I My Cross Have Taken," choir. At the conclusion of thO'progTam, an orchestra furnished music for a dnnce and this was enjoyed until 11:30 p. in. |
