Show Deaths and Funerals JENKS Word was received yesterday yester-day in Ogden of the death at Lava Hot Sprines, Idaho, of Chauncey J nks. a former North Ogden man and a native of that town. He v. as born i;i North Ogden, December 31, 1S64. He was confined at. the Dee hospital some months ago and later was taken tak-en to Lava Hot Springs for his health. The body was taken to Weston, Idaho, yesterday and the funeral held there. Mr. and Mrs. Frank t7ampbell or orth Ogden, attended the services. PETIT The funeral of Phyllis Elizabeth Eliz-abeth Petit, daughter ot William and Agnes Rowe Petit, of Wilson Lane,' will be held Sunday at 1 p m.. In the Wesl Ogden meeting house. Interment Inter-ment will be in Ogden City cemetery. ANDERSON Mrs. Angie Ingeborg Anderson, wife of Gustavo H. Anderson, Ander-son, passed away at the family home.j 2052 Grant avenue, at 2:10 o'clock this morning after a few days' illness of paralysis. Death came very unexpectedly. unexpect-edly. Mrs. Anderson was born in Sweden, February 12-, 1884 and came to Ogden a number of years ago. Shej was a member of the Church of Latter-day Saints. Her husband and five children survive. Funeral services will be held in the Eleventh ward chapel i Sunday at 2 p. m., Bishop Nathan A. Tanner officiating. The body will lie in state at the home Saturday afternoon after-noon and evening and Sunday until luneral hour. Interment. Ogden CItj cemetery'. FURGESON Grace Elma Furgeson daughter of John Henry and Grace Cragun Furgeson, passed away this morning at 3 o'clock, at the home, 3311 Porter avenue, after three days' illness ill-ness of pneumonia. The child wai born October 31, 1915, and is survived by her parents, and two brothers and ono sister, George, Vernal and Velma Furgeson. Funeral services will b held Saturday at 12 noon in the Ninth ward meeting house, Bishop Wilford O. Ridges officiating. The body will lie in state at the family home Friday from 4 until 9 p. m., and Saturday until un-til funeral hour. Interment North Ogden cemetery. nn |
