They gave a demonstration of a southern camp meeting jubilee trio, singing a many-'i many-'i versed song In an old see-saw tune tv. which brought the audience out with a kv.j, strong response. IT'', "Woman" is a little sketch by. three I& girls which took the audience with its Yl fi keen wit and characteristic obscrva-lj obscrva-lj Hp tions. The three girls get together with the common cause of husbands as ' R their discussion, and then the fur be-f be-f t gins to fly. It is so typical, so charac teristic and has so much atmosphere f the true feminine sort that it makes l big hiL Mile. Bozika dances. She danced three times at each show yesterday and captivated the audience with her art and grace. A Hungarian dance especially es-pecially took well, the lively lilt and swing of the music accompanying it making the hit an artistic, high class act. Master Louis Kaufman, a boy scarcely 11, plays the violin as a part of this act and shows a wonderful amount of cleverness in handling the instrument. He got applause after applause ap-plause for his work. He also accompanied accom-panied Mlle.,Rozika in her Hungarian dance. The Royal Gascoignes are jugglers whose act smacks of the "continent." The accent and bits of characteristic observation havethe over-seas savor and make the exhibition of truly wonderful won-derful juggling quaint and fascinating. A dog which turns somersaults and lands on its forepaws is one of the features of this act. The big act is entitled "Women" and is played by a fetching chorus of eight girls and three men. A young millionaire million-aire has the alternative of marrying before midnight or going to jail. He has a diversity of experiences in trying try-ing to get a wife but finally secures "the girl" and all ends happily. They sang several songs which took -well with the audience and danced a bit also. |
