Show Knii Eastern Forwarding Company Has Leased Space for Year at New London Pier. New London, Aug. 9. The German submarine Bremen Is expected to arrive ar-rive at this port at any time, according accord-ing to the Now London Day this afternoon. af-ternoon. The Eastern Forwarding company, which is the American corporation for handling the traffic of the German submarine merchant line, it Is learned, has leased for one year space on the new state pier for a largo warehouse, and this city will be the principal American terminal of that company. Rush Order Received. Announcement that the warehouse Is to bo erected was mado today by Thomas A. Scott, a member of the firm which has received a rush order for Its construction, Mr. Scott, who is also harbor master, said however that he did not know the name of the company for whoso use it was Intended.
