Show DANIELS COMMENDS NAVY TUG MASTER Washington, Aug 9. John Phillips, master of tho naval tug Pentucket, and the nine men of his crew, were commended by Secretary Daniels today to-day for their "excellent work and unhesitating exposure to danger following fol-lowing the great explosion at New York," July 30.
