A JIowcl! granted a decree erf divorce to tho defendant on her cross complaint com-plaint charging desertion and cruelty, cruel-ty, in the case of Joseph D. Baiker against Amelia Darker. By the terms of the decree, Mrs. Barker will be awarded the care and custody of the minor child. $2500 alimony, ali-mony, costs or court and attorney fees The alimony is to be paid at the rate of $r00 a year, and $500 oi the amount must be expended for the education of the child The case was on trial all day yesterday.
