Show DINNER DANCE AT MAIDS' AND MATRONS' CLUB. Monday from 6:30 until 10 o'clock a dinner dance was enjoyed by members mem-bers of the Maids' and Matrons' club, their escorts and out-of-town guests at the club rooms. The affair was the first oT a series of four to be given giv-en every other Monday oxcept the last to be held Tuesday. February 22. Tables wore arranged on each side of the ball-room, Monday, and an effective ef-fective color scheme In red and green was- perfectly carried out, red and green candles and bouquets of red carnations and fern being used. A ' fine course luncheon was served and the Intervening time In serving was thoroughly enjoyed in dancing, Miss Lillian Thatcher's woll-known orchestra orches-tra furnishing the music. |
