HOLDS 1 ELECTION The annual meeting of tho board of directors of the Ogden Packing and Provision company was held yesterday yester-day afternoon, In tho main offlco of the company and tho following officers offi-cers wero re-elected for tho ensuing year Lars Hanson, president; Fred J. Kiesel, vice-president; S. S. Jensen, secretary, and James Pingreo, treasurer. treas-urer. These, with Charles Zelmor, who was lso re-elected, form tho directorate. di-rectorate. Following the election of officers, the annual report of tho secretary was submitted and discussed. Figures showing that tho company had increased in-creased its business 100 per cent in 1915, brought up a proposition to increase in-crease the capacity of tho local plant, to meet the demand for tho products from tho steadily widening markets. The proposition met with favor at tho hands of the directorate and it was announced that tho question to determine de-termine the extent of tho improvo-ments improvo-ments and building space that will be necessary to take care of the increasing increas-ing business would bo taken up in the near future.
