Show EIGHTY FORMER FEDS ELIGIBLE New York. Jan. 15. Out of the 304 Federal league players restored to good standing by the treaty of peace, eighty men are of good major league calibre, according to an unofficial compilation made here. Schuyler Britton of the Cardinals ' James J. Lannin of the Red Sox and Clarke Griffith of the Senators, 'however, 'how-ever, have announced that they will not allow any contract jumpers in their clubs. This leaves thirteen clubs to bid for the stars among the Feds.
