Show CONVENTION IS i CALLED TO ORDER j St. Louis. Sept. 3. When the first , slate Progressive convention met ibere this afternoon Judge A. D. Nor-Itonlk. Nor-Itonlk. of St. Louis. In the ''keynote speech attacked both old parties. He declared the Progressive party -was composed of men and women who had the stamina '"lo stand and fight for what thov think is right and Just." After a short session the convention conven-tion took a recess until a o'clock when Colonel Roosevelt was scheduled sched-uled to speak. |
