Show ORPHEUM OPENS THURSDAY NIGHT Josoph Gohs will open the Orpheum theator Thursday night with a list of stellar attractions which should prove a drawing card of the first magnitude. There will be Margarot Hanoy as beadllner In B. A. Rolfe's musical play, 'The Leading Lady;" Lew Sully, the "comraander-in-chlof of tho army of fuu," In a new skotch entitled "Femlnlno Fads," nnd tho Florlmond Four, Jugglers extraordinary. George Slmondet, a lyric tonor of note, will be heard In some now songs, and the Flying Wemoro will present a new aerial act called "Tho Butterfly and tho Archer." Harry Ear Godfrey and Votta Henderson Hen-derson announce a fresh bunch of fun under the tltlo "Abroad for Abroad." and tho William Raymore-Viola Kcene company will present a scenic playlot called "Botween the Racos." These are all new and the advance notices and comments are of an alluring al-luring nature which should pack the local playhouse to the doors. |
