The plaintiff states in his petition that he married the defendant September Sep-tember 23, 1904, slnco which time his wife has become accustomed to the use of drugs and that she also has acquired the habit of entertaining other men. He- states that when "he came horn, at midnight, July 2-i, of this year, liis wife was eniertaining anothor man and that when he remonstrated re-monstrated against such action she struck him with her fist and threatened threaten-ed to carve bim with a knife.
