Show W. A AMES IS CALLED INTO COURT A complaint was sworn to today by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Oliver, charging Walter A. Ames and Oliver J. Foster with a disturbance of the peace on Labor day. Tho complainants are residents In the Colonial block on Twenty-fourth street, and It Is alleged that Ames and Foster, who were iu charge of a donkey in the Labor day parade, made an Insulting demonstration demonstra-tion across tho street for the bencilt of Mrs. Oliver, whose husband is employed em-ployed at the Southern Paclllc shops. Amcrf Is vlco president of the International Inter-national Aspoclntlon of Machinists. The case will be called in police court tomorrow. |
