Show OHIO VOTES Forty'Two Amendments to the State Constitution Constitu-tion on Ballot Columbus, Sept 8. The fato of forty-two proposed amendments to Ohio's constitution is being decided today at a special election. The amendments lncludo the Initiative and referendum, woman's suffrage, liquor license, municipal home rule, the change in the Judicial system and good roads. Because of the unusual length of the ballot and because each of the 42 amengments had to be marked, the voting was slow. Many voters consumed ten or fifteen fif-teen minutes In Voting.
