Show "PANDERING" CASES 0 ARE POSTPONED , Salt Lake, SepL 15. After a con-sulfation con-sulfation In which Dr. R. N. Hansen, county physician, and his assistant, Dr. T. William Stovenson, participated participa-ted by order of Judge Frederick C. Loofbburow, and Dr W. F. Beer, rep-' rep-' resenting Mrs. Topham, and the district dis-trict attorney. E. U. Leatherwood, it was decided that because of the condition con-dition of her health it would be unwise un-wise for Mrs. Dora B. Topham to ap-par ap-par in court yesterday. Accordingly the cases against her and Ethel Clifford, Clif-ford, on charges of pandering, went over until Monday, at which time it was asserted that Mrs. Topham would be In condition to attend. |
