Everyone, too, will remember the Lichtenstcin family tho father and sons especially. Also a great many will remember Mrs. Nat Lichtensteln, tho wife of ono of the sons. These circumstances and persons will be remembered because ono of tho circumstances tho growth of the jewelry business was a no-Lible no-Lible achlovement in the business world. The persons will be remembered remem-bered on account of their prominence. The fact that M. B. Lichtensteln and his sons lived In Salt Lake and thrived and prospered by reason of thoir jowelrj' business is old news. The fact that two of the sons have been Indicted in San Francisco by a grand jury is new news The indictment indict-ment was returned last Monday. It was the growth of a charge that Lich-tenstein Lich-tenstein brothers, Attorney Milton Nathan and H. I Joseph had conspired con-spired falsely to bring and maintain a divorce action against Anita Feder Lichtensteln, the wife of Nat Lichtensteln. Lichten-steln. Tho alleged consiracy involved a little dinner at a cafe In which Mr. Joseph and Mrs Lichtenstcin were the principal figures until the husband hus-band and his brother and his attorney appeared upon tho scene. It was charged by Mrs. Lichtensteln that her husband and his brother and his attorney appeared upon tho scene because Joseph, who adopted the convenient con-venient and brief name of "Ben," had telephoned to Nat Lichtensteln that tho psychological moment had arrived and that If ho, the husband, should suddenly make his entrance into the private room in the cafe where tho dinner servod for two was in progress, he would learn something to his advantage ad-vantage in the way of evidence in divorce proceedings Two days after the interrupted dinner din-ner partyj Nat Llchtenstoin began an action for divorce. He named "Ben" Joseph as co-respondent.
