lOGDCN'S NE PAPER ON MARCH 2 On March 2 a new paper will make Its appearance in Ogden,- with Rev. F. V. Fisher, of the M. E. church, editor. edi-tor. The paper will be Christened the "Ogden Advance," and" will be Issued once a week "for the moral uplift of Ogden" and "the promoting of the constructive things of the city." Back of the paper and Its editor aro Kyrum Boluap, W. W. Browning, O. A. Kennedy, Dr. E. P. Mills and Dr. E. G. Gownans, the lattor rtcting as chairman chair-man of the board of directors." Rev. Fisher declares the papor will be guided by a high resolve to deal In principles rather than personalities personali-ties and non-partisan. The paper's eight pages, of about half tho sizo of the. Standard, will be devoted principally to Its comment and no serious attempt will bo made at reportorial work. Thore is room in Ogden for a weekly week-ly paper of that description and the venture should prove successful. : oo
