Show MEXICANS ARREST BRITISHER Charged With Being a Mesoenger In Madero's Service, AGUA PPJETA, Sonora, Mexico, April 3. It was reported throughout Cananea today that William Norman, who clalm9 to be a British subject at Huapac, Sonora, has been urrestod charged with being In the messenger service of the Insurrectos and that 1ih had been carrying messages from Madero to Juan Cabral, whom he hoped hop-ed to meet in Huapac. When arrested by the federals, it Is said, Norman slipped the message Into In-to his mouth and soon reducod It to a pulp. On his person was found a list of names of Amoricans and Mexicans Mexi-cans residing in Nogalos and Phoenix. Phoe-nix. Norman was taken to the Jail at Arlzpe. Thirteen prisoners havo been takon frcm Cananea to Hormoslllo charged with sedition. Among them Is Carlos Ortega, charged with being a recruiting recruit-ing officer for the rebels. |
