Show MRS. ATKIN WILL CONDUCT DINING ROOM The dining room of the Atkin Hotel will be operated by Mrs. Atkin commencing next Sunday morning. Fred Thayer has surrendered his lease in order to go to California to visit his mother before he is called to army service. It will be remembered remem-bered that Mrs. Atkin leased the dining din-ing room a few months since in order or-der to relieve herself of some of her rather arduous duties. She feels so well since her trip to California that she will take back the dining room service with enthusiasm and maintain main-tain the high standard that hostlery has always enjoyed as a first class hotel. A well known eastern captain of finance who once spent several days in Milford was recently written to regarding a business proposition which he had investigated here. He replied that he could not remember a single detail of the business proposition, propo-sition, "but," he added, "I do remember re-member that excellent meal I got at the Aikin Hotel.
