Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Ofliee, Lalt Lake City, Utah July 23, 1917. Notice is hereby given that W. W. Crone, whose post office address is Milford, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907,. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate one-eighth ( ) of a cubic-foot cubic-foot of water per second from Kohl Spring, Beaver County, Utah. Said spring is situated at a point which bears north 45 degrees west 6412 feet from the southeast corner of Section 13, Township 2S south, Range 12 west. Salt Lake base and meridian. The water will be diverted divert-ed at the spring and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 2000 feet and used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, in the North Star Mining District, Dis-trict, at the Empire Mine, for general gen-eral mining purposes. This application applica-tion is designated in the State Engineer's En-gineer's office as No.' 7321. All protests against ' the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
