Among the party were R. P. Morris, Leon Sweet, David Spitz, D. W. Nebeker and Messrs. Rosenberg and Stewart. General Gen-eral Manager D. P. Rohlfing showed the party over the property. There is a double-compartment shaft with skip down 450 feet, with levels out every 100 feet. The pip-cipal pip-cipal vein is 7 5 -to 100 feet wide, showing horn silver. The vein strikes north-south and has lime footw'all and porphyry hanging. For some time reports have been coming from Beaver county of an important ore body being opened in the Golden Reef.
