Show NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION Department of the Interior, U. S. Land Ofliee at Salt Lake City, Utah August 30, 1917. Notice is hereby given that John S. Boyer, of Springville, UtJh, who, on August 21, 1911, made Homestead Home-stead Entry, Serial No. 08523. for S Section 8, Township 25 South, Range 9 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make five-year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before the Register and Receiver, U. S. Land Office, at Salt Lake City, Utah, on the Sth day of October, 1917. Claimant names as witnesses: John T. Burt. Horace Crandall, Edward Crandall, all .of Malone, Utah, and Delos D.
