Webster, of Milford, Utah, who, on July 9. 1915,- made Homestead Home-stead Entry, Serial No. 015412, for EV2 SWVi. wy2 SE, Section 3 4, Township 28 South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make commutation proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before Herbert Nichols, Nich-ols, United States Commissioner, at Milford,, Utah, on the 22nd day of November, 1916.
