Show IN-THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF UTAH IN AND FOR THE COUNTY COUN-TY OF BEAVER 1 ALIAS SUMMONS Western Loan and Building Company, Com-pany, a corporation, plaintiff vs. Jessie Kirby McDonald and Anna McDonald, husband and wife defendants THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action Is brought; otherwise, within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled action, and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you, according to the demarm of the complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said court. This action Is brought to foreclose and determine the lien of a certain mortgage dated June 22nd, A. D. 1916, executed by the above named defendants to the above named plaintiff, plain-tiff, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder, of Beaver County, Utah, in Book "E", at Page 481; and to. foreclose the defendant's equity of redemption in and to the premises described in the said mortgage, mort-gage, and being Lot 19, in Block 3, of Plat "B", Milford Townsite Survey, Sur-vey, situated in the town of Milford, Beaver County, Utah. And you will further take notice that on Wednesday, the 25th day of April, A. D. 1917, at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m. of said day at the court room of said court in Beaver City, Beaver County Utah, or as soon' thereafter as counsel can be heard, plaintiff will ask the court for the appointment of a receiver to control and manage said property and to receive re-ceive the rents and profits therefrom.
