Show u -II i. KINDERGARTEN ADVANTAGES Milford is to have a kindergarten, and a kindergarten is a good thing. A child that has kindergarten training, all other things being equal, learns more easily and advances ad-vances more rapidly later in regular school work. In kindergarten kin-dergarten the child learns to do practical and useful things, in a small way of course, in a manner that pleases and by methods that delight. It also gives mother an opportunity op-portunity for rest and recreation, for physical and mental improvement. She may know that her child is in a place of good environment and good hands while she has time for a few hours to put her thought and time on other things. The kindergarten is usually worth a great deal more than it costs any community so fortunate, as to be blessed with one. |
