Walter Lunt is here visiting with his daughter, Viola. Daughter Born Mr. and Mrs. Merrill James are " receiving congratulations on the arrival ar-rival of a daughter, born July 24. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Gillins, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Carter, Hilbert Eyre, Newell Marshall and Clarence Gillins, spent the week-end in Los Angeles, California, attending the Union Pacific Pa-cific meet. Canyon Party Mrs. Theodore Eyre, Vivian Rol- lins and Bernice Carter, entertained at a Canyon Party Friday evening. Eight guests were present. Mrs. Bohn Honored Mrs. Lucille Eyre entertained at a Linen shower Saturday evening in honor of Mrs. Lamar Bohn. Twenty-five Twenty-five guests were present. Many beautiful beau-tiful and useful gifts were received. Surprised on Birthday Mrs. J. W. Eyre was happily surprised sur-prised Thursday evening when a number of her friends called, it being be-ing her birthday anniversary.
