Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, July 16, 1928. Notice is hereby given that E. C. MlcGarry, W. H. Smith & D. E. Kirk, whose post office addresses are Salt Lake City,' Utah, have made application applica-tion in accordance with the requirements require-ments of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 and 1925, to appropriate appropri-ate 100 c. f. s. of water from Beaver River in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at a point which bears 1400 ft. S. and 2740 ft. W. from the NE cor. of Sec. 11, T. 30 S., R. 9 W., S. L. B. & M. and conveyed con-veyed by means of a pipe line a distance dis-tance of 3H miles where it will be used during the entire year for producing pro-ducing power to be used in pumping water for farming purposes in Milford Mil-ford Valley, T. 28 S., Rs. 10 & 11 W. also in T. 29 & 30 S., Rs. 10, 11 & 12 W., S. L. B. & M. After having been so used the water is to be returned to the natural channel of Beaver River at a point which bears 1740 ft. S. and 1070 ft. E. of the NW cor. Sec. 8, T. 30 S., R. 9 W., S. L. B. & M. This application, is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 10358. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days a'fter the completion comple-tion of the publication of this notice.
