E. B. Jorgensen was reelected re-elected manager and Ezra Barton captain. The line-up for the team will be as follows: Theissen ,pitcher; Kirk, pitcher; Coon, pitcher; M. Coon, catcher; Barton, 3rd base; Geo. Atkin, center field; Art Lewis, right field; Punk Harrington, left field; Myron Lewis, official score-keeper. F.E. Kuhn arrived from Gypsum, Kans., to take charge of the Bonneville Bonne-ville Lumber company as manager. A. Sahm received a new Aermotor windmill this week. City Clerk Ingols received twenty-five twenty-five cast iron curb standpipes for the town's water system this week. Chas. Gustafson has opened up the Milford bakery. Born, to Mr. and Mrs. Harry Martin, Mar-tin, a baby boy. Pete Patello of Newhouse was brought to Milford suffering with a fractured arm, received by a kick from a horse. County Agent Neilsen, of Beaver, and local agent Levi, received a carload car-load of new Fords this week. The Beaver County News sold the old printing office building to Mr. Street, who sold it to E. Denny for a blacksmith shop. The building will be moved east of the tracks. Dr. O. E. Adkins and E. H. Street have employed H. G. Lewison to com- f plete the six-room residence on the heights. Milford Volunteer Fire Department Depart-ment gave a ball at the opera house Thursday night. Mr. and Mrs. Joe McEwan were honored on their fortieth wedding anniversary. Mrs. McLaughlin and R C. Davis were married and will make their home in Bingham. o |
