Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt City, Utah, February 17, 1932. Notice is hereby given that C. D. Penniston, whose postoffice address is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 inch, to appropriate appropri-ate 25,000 acre feet of water from Beaver River in Beaver county, Utah. Said water will be stored from October Octo-ber 1st of each year to July 15th of ,the year following in a reservoir the center of the impounding darn of which is situated at a point whence the quarter section corner common to Sees. 11 and 12, T. 30 S., R. 9 W., bears S. 73 degrees 11' E. 2520.8 ft. After having been so stored the water wa-ter will be released from April 1st to November 1st inch, of each year, allowed to flow down the Beaver River to a point whence the NW cor. Sec. 2, T. 30 S., R. 10 W., S. L. B. & M. bears N 38 degrees 58' W. 3329 ft. thence conveyed a further distance dis-tance of 147,840 ft. where it will be used to irrigate 30,800 acres of land embraced in the .SW Sec. 26; Sees. 27, 2S, W Sec. 35, Sees. 33, 34, T. 27 S., R. 10 W., WV4 Sec. 2; NW1 Sec. 11; Sees. 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, T. 28 S., R. 10 W., Sees. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 34, T. 29 S., R. 10 W., Sec. 2, T. 30 S., R. 10 W., Sees. 24, 25, 36, T. 2S S., R. 11 W., Sees. 12, 13, 14, 15, 10, 11, 1, 2, T. 29 S., R. 11 W., Sees 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, T. 30 S., R. 10 W., Sees. 7, 8, 11, T. 30 S., R. 9 W., S. L. B. & M. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as File No. 11177. All protests against the granting of said application. . stating reasons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, du-plicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
