Show A I TO ACCIDENT NORTH OF BEAVER A Marmon car driven by Dr. Pink-crton, Pink-crton, of Salt T.a City, was totally destroyer! hy f!r. ;.!,ut thirteen miles mil-es north of town last Friday, and the doctor's companion, a nurse also of Salt Lake City, was badly burned about the limbs. The necident occuied when a match set fire to the rug in the car, which had become gasoline-soaked from a leaky gas pipe. The party was returning from a trip to the southern parks. Others in the party were following in another anoth-er car, when the catastrophy occur-ed. occur-ed. The match' set fire to the rug and the blaze spread about the feet and limbs of the lady passenger before be-fore she could jump from the car. She was badly, but not seriously burned. The car, however, was totally total-ly destroyed- Those in the accompanying car brought the injured lady to town, where Dr. Hopkins dressed the burns and the party continued on their way to Salt Lake the following day.
