It-Is required that the constitution of the Association shall authorize the Advisory Committee to represent the Association and Its members, and that all actions taken by said committee shall be binding upon the Association and its members. j When tho Assoclatlbn is organized Forest oillcers arc required to take up with the Advisory Commltteo all questions ques-tions as to division of range between dilTcrent classes of stock and tlio allotment al-lotment of grazing privileges to Individuals; Indi-viduals; complaints from members of the Association ate referred to the Advisory Committee for determination determina-tion and said commltteo usually has authority to receive, consider, and make rccomcndatlons concerning the actions of the Forest oflicsrs. You.arc respectfully requested to appoint ap-point delegates who are interested In the Bear Blver National Forest Reserve Re-serve to meet at the County Court House at Logan, Utah,',Saturday,Aprll 18th, 1IK)8 at 11 a. m. to qrganlze an association for the west side cf Bear Bivcr Forest Reserve. Wo hae received authority from Mark O. Woodruff, Forest Supervisor, who will cooperate with you in forming form-ing the asscclation. Credentials will not be necessary as all stockmen and others who are interested in-terested are Invited to attend.'
