Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have bean filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise desig. nated. Locations in SLB&M: a-7251 (73-218) Gerald E. and Julia Rae Alger, Rt. 1 Box 31c, Cedar City, Utah 81720 proposes pro-poses to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 0.91 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 3.64 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded deed-ed portion of Underground Water Claim 13707 (73-218). The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 325 ft. and E. 950 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 27, T35S, R11W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family and stockwatering of 250 sheep, 50 cattle and 4 horses in NWKNEU Sec. 27, T35S, R11W. Hereafter, 0.91 ac. ft. of water Is to be diverted from an 8-lnch well, 250-350 ft. deep at a point N. 175 ft. and E. 1025 ft. from Stt Cor. Sec. 22, T35S, R11W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 2 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the Irrigation of 0.03 acs. in SWSEK Sec. 22, T35S, RUW. The remaining remain-ing amount of water will be used same as heretofore. a-7252 (71-1193) Ray Thomas Thom-as Enterprises, Inc., 300 East Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada Nev-ada 89105 proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 2.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 80.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced evi-denced by App. No. 16699 and Water User's Claim 1193. The water has been diverted from a well at a point S. 5435 ft. and W. 2600 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 4, T36S, R16W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 20 acs in part of Lots 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 16, Sec. 4, T36S, R16W. Hereafter, 2.0 ac. ft. of water is to Ibe diverted from a 10-Inch 10-Inch well, 150 ft. deep at a inoint N. 1810 ft. and E. 2379 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 4, T30S, R16W; and used for the domestic dom-estic purposes of one family, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the Irrigation of .32 acs. in NESW4 Sec. 4, T36S, R16W. The remaining amount of water will be used same as heretofore. a-7255 (71-950) Norvel Brae-ken, Brae-ken, Enterprise, Utah 84725 proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 320.70 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by App, No. 16101, Cert. 4735 (71-950). The water has been diverted from a 14-inch 14-inch well, 400 ft. deep at a point N. 10 ft. and W 100 ft. from EM Cor. Sec. 36, TOGS, R17W; and used for the stocl watering of 25 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental Irrigation Irriga-tion of 98.40 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 80.0 acs. in NWNW Sec. 31, T36S, R16W; EV4NEU Sec. 36, T36S, R17W. Hereafter, 320.70 ac. ft. of water will Ibe diverted from a 16-lnch well, 300-500 ft. deep at a point N 1320 ft. and W. 20 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 36, T36S, R17W; and used for the stockwatering of 25 cattle; cat-tle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the supplemental Irrigation of 183.0 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 80.0 acs. in WHNWH Sec. 31, T36S, R16W; EHNEfc, EHW',4 NEK Sec. 36, T36S, R17W. a-7261 (71-3172) Lehi M. Box 336, Cedar City, Utah 84720 proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 1.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 9.10 ac. ft. of water as evidenced evi-denced by a portion of App. No. 14728 (71-267). The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 350 ft. and W. 670 ft. from SM Cor. Sec. 7, T33S, R16W; and used for the stockwatering of 300 cattle and 25 horses In SE4SWK Sec. 7, T33S, R16W. Hereafter, 1.0 ac. ft. of water Is to be diverted from an 8-inch 8-inch well, 150-300 ft. deep at a point S. 340 ft. and E. 182 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 32, T33S. R16W; and used for the domestic dom-estic purposes of one family; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.0675 acs. in NWKNWK Sec. 32, T33S, R16W. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed In duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84114, on or before March 17, 1973.
