Show Mac Neil Boyter wins D. S. A. award in Provo In church activities he Is president of tht Elders Quorum Quor-um in his LDS ward. Keynote speaker at the DSA Banquet was Pete Witbeck, assistant athletic director at Brigham Young University. The award is presented by each Jaycee unit to the outstanding out-standing young man of the community during the past year. Mac Neil Boyter, former resident re-sident of Cedar City and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Neil Boyter Boy-ter of this city, was named the recipient of the 1972 Distinguished Dis-tinguished Service Award by the Provo Jaycees at the or-ganizations or-ganizations annual banquet this past week. The young businessman and civic leader was presented the award by Russell Grange, Pro-vo Pro-vo City Commissioner. Mrs. Boyter was presented with a bouquet of roses. Boyter is advertising and leasing manager at Harmon's Inc. and is an Instructor in business and salesmanship at Utah Technical College. Since 1967, he has been a member of the Cadillac Crest Club. Last year he was presi-dent presi-dent of the Provo Jaycees. He Is a member of the Provo Chamber of Commerce board of directors and was the most recent winner of the "Jaycee of the Quarter" award. |
