Show CEDAR CITY CORPORATION NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that Cedar City Corporation, Cedar City, Utah, will receive sealed bids up to 5 p.m. on the 18th day of July, 1974, for the award of contract for furnishing materials and installation of approximately 9,370 lin. ft. of 30" concrete curb and gutter, approximately 3,800 lin. ft. 8" main line sewer, approximately ap-proximately 1,900 lin. ft. 4" sewer service laterals, necessary excavation ex-cavation and gravel base installation in-stallation for city streets. Also, installation of approximately 2,200 lin. ft. 6" Cast Iron Water Main, installation of approximately ap-proximately 1,350 lin. ft. 1" water service connections. Also other miscellaneous work necessary to complete Cedar City Corporation's Cor-poration's Cedar Crest Special Improvement District. Said work to be located on city streets in Cedar City, Utah. Bids will be received in the office of the City Recorder, located in the City and County Bldg. in said city, and will be opened and publicly read aloud at 8:00 p.m. in City Council meeting on same day. Each bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation, the information for bidders, the plans, specifications and all other instruments comprising pertinent per-tinent contract documents. Copies of the contract documents are now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Engineer of Cedar City, 40 North 100 East, and at the office of the Citv Recorder. Each bid shall be made out on bid form to be obtained at either of the offices mentioned for obtaining plans and specifications. specifi-cations. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check payable to the owner, or a satisfactory bid bond in favor of the owner, in an amount not less than five percent of the maximum amount of the bid. The check or bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder shall execute the contract if it is awarded him in conformity with the contract documents. Cedar City Corporation reserves the privilege of ac-depting ac-depting or rejecting any and all bids or to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding.
