Show Elmer Cox accorded award for commendable performance Panguitch. Beginning in July of 19C0 Mr. Cox worked for approximately two years in both the St. George and Cedar City offices, traveling back and forth on a regularly scheduled basis. Mr. Cox' many friends and coworkers co-workers feel he is very deserving of this award for commendable performance. Elmer F. Cox, Assistant County Supervisor of the Farmers Far-mers Home Administration in Cedar City, was recently notified that effective June 23, 1974 he was granted a quality within-grade within-grade increase in pay. The commendation from the State Director of Farmers Home Administration, Clarence A. Anderson, reads "For commendable com-mendable performance as an Assistant County Supervisor in all phases of FHA operations in Iron County, Utah". Mr. Cox has 18 years of service with Farmers Home Administration, Ad-ministration, beginning in Cedar City in November, 1956. He trained in Manti under Supervisor Super-visor Ben Hulme for 13 weeks, and served under Supervisors Royden Carter, June S. Barron, and Don L. Rasmussen in Cedar City.
