Show Fenton claimed by Banks in garden rites Miss Ann Lynette Fenton became the bride of Larry G. Banks June 13. Bishop Blaine Johnson presided at the double ring ceremony. The garden at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Fenton was the setting for the wedding and the reception which followed. The bridegrooms bride-grooms parents are Mr. and Mrs. George Banks, Palmyra. The newlyweds greeted guests in front of a wrought iron, flower-covered flower-covered Gazebo banked by candelabras of pink magnolia trees. The bride wore a gown of white organza with lace and pearls on the bodice. The dress featured a boat neckline, long sleeves fitted to the elbow and puffed out to be gathered at the cuff and trimmed with lace, and a long train with two ruffles at the bottom. A white horsehair tat trimmed with lace and seed pearls held the bridal veil. She carried a bouquet of pink sweetheart roses, gardenias and white carnations. Attending the bride were Mrs. Lewis Rawlinson, Mrs. Steven Banks, Mrs. Robert Milne, and Misses Susan Barton, Chris Davis, Verla Alexander and Sherrie Jensen. Petite Miss Julie Banks was flower girl. The bridesmaids wore long pink crepe dresses with sweetheart necklines accented by white lace collars. They also featured puffed sleeves and gathered bodices. They wore pink straw hats trimmed with fresh pink roses and carried bouquets of shocking pink and pale pink carnations. The flower girl wore white satin with pink polka dots featuring puffed sleeves and a ruffle at the hem. She carried a ruffled white net parasol trimmed with pink roses. Stephen Banks and Sidney Hansen stood in line as best men and the ushering was done by Sterling Banks, Jeff Banks and Glenn Huisi. The mothers of the bridal pair wore lone Dink dresses. The bride's brother, Patrick Fenton, played the wedding march and Lewis Rawlinson sang "Wedding Song". The prayer was given by Jeff Banks and Mrs. lone Lambert sang, "If". Greeting the guests at the reception were Mr. and Mrs. Tony Lambert and Mr. and Mrs. Gustin Gooding; while Mrs. Graham MacDonald and Mrs. Nelson Fenton, an aunt of the bride, presided at the silver punch bowl. Out of town guests included Mrs. Keith Sorensen, Salt Lake; Freddie Fenton, Fairbanks, Alaska; Mr. and Mrs. David Butler, Los Angeles; Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Watkins and Mr. and Mrs. W. W. Gardner, Salt Lake; Mr. and Mrs. Johnson, Palmyra; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Banks, and Mrs. George Banks (bridegroom's grandmother). Prior to the wedding the bridegroom's parents hosted the wedding party to a Rehearsal Luncheon at the Town & Country; Coun-try; and the bride was guest of honor at a shower given by Mrs. Robert Milne and Chris Davis and at a kitchen shower in Logan given by Verla Alexander.
