Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County,, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a-7437 (71-1193) Ray Thomas Enterprises, Inc., 410 E. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada 89104, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 2.0 ac. ft. of water out of a total of 80.0 ac. ft of water as evidenced by App. No. 16699 (71-1193). The water has been ' diverted from a well at a point S. 5435 ft. and W. 2600 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 4, T36S, R16W; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 31 for the Irrigation of 20 acs. in part of Lots 9, 10, XI, 14, 15 and 16, Sec. 4, T36S, R16W. Hereafter, 2.0 ac. ft of water is to be diverted from a 10-inch well, 150 ft. deep at a point E. 640 ft. and S. 90 ft from W& Cor. Sec. 12, T35S, R18W; and used for the domestic purposes , of one family; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation irriga-tion of 0.32 acs. in NWKSW Sec. 12, T35S, R18W. a-7444 (71-1879) Robert J. Kaltenborn, 900 Rancho Circle, Las Vegas, Nevada, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 400.0 ac. ft of water as evidenced by Seg. App. No. 17350-aa (71-1879). The water has been diverted from five existing 16-Inch wells at the following points: (1) N. 60 ft. and E. 105 ft from W& Cor.; (2) N. 80 ft. and W. 1380 ft. from SE Cor.; (3) N. 80 ft and E. 1450 ft. from SW Cor.; (4) N. 80 ft; and E. 100 ft. from SW Cor.; (5) N. 20 ft. and E. 1460 ft. from W Cor. all in Sec. 32, T34S, R16W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct 31 for the Irrigation of 100.0 acs. in Sec. 32, T34S, R16W. Hereafter, 400.0 ac. ft of water is to be diverted from a 16-Inch well, 300-500 ft. deep at a point N. 1320 ft. and W. 1320 ft. from S Cor. Sec. 32, T36S, R16W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental supple-mental irrigation of 160 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 100 acs. in SWK Sec. 32, T36S, ' R16W. a-7445 (73-2227) Hunter Land and Livestock Co., P. O. Box 667 Cedar City, Utah 84720, pro- -poses to change the point of diversion, di-version, place and nature of use of 26.0 ac. ft of water out of a total of 491.26 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Under-ground Under-ground Water Claim 1216 (73-128). (73-128). The water has been diverted divert-ed from a 12-inch well, 250 ft. deep at a point N. 640 ft and E. 1350 ft. from W Cor. Sec. 27, T35S, R11W; and used for the stockwatering of 2,000 sheep and 2 horses; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct 31 for the sup-plemental sup-plemental Irrigation of 427.4 acs. but limited to the sole supply sup-ply of 120 acs. In WSE. Eyaswy4, swswy4 sec. 15 EttNEK Sec. 21; Ni, NtfSW-V NtfSW-V Sec. 22, T35S, R11W. Hereafter, 26.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 14-Inch well, 200-500 ft. deep at a point S. 28 deg. lO- 42" W. 1588 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 22, T35S R11W; and used for the domestic dom-estic purposes of 2fi famine- and used from Mar. 15 to Oct , 31 for the supplemental irriga-tion irriga-tion of 8.91 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 1.755 acs. in Ej&NE Sec. 22, T35S, R11W. The remaining amount of water v will be used as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on r before August 4, 1973.
