Show 1 ' Kanarraville Beatty. Saturday they completed their course on ther firing range. Pat Kelly, son of Dr. and Mrs. T. D. Kelly, left Sunday for San Diego, Calif, where he has joined the U. S. Marines. Dr. By Carma Williams Leon Reeves spent two days in Salt Lake City getting a check up with his Dr. following surgery on his hand. Tony and Judy Gulber spent several days in Provo where Tony took a course on library job training for Mt. Bell and Judy did geneology work. Saturday Miss Colleen Christensen, daughter of Mrs. Maida Christensen and the late Maynard Christensen, and John Fehr, son of Mr. and Mrs. EIRay Fehr of Ogden, were married in the St. Geroge Temple. That evening a reception was held at the Enchanted Garden in their honor. Many relatives and friends attended the reception in Cedar City. Mrs. Mabel Williams returned home this week after spending a month in Canada with relatives. Gary McKell of Cedar City has been here every Friday for the past month giving a gun safety course to Randy Williams, Ellen Reeves, Cade Leeder and Eddie Kelly is also a Lt. Col. in the National Guard. Mrs. Marie Lewis left Sunday riding her horse to Ely, Nev. She was met at Boher, Nev. by her sister from Ely and they rode together and got in Ely Saturday. Her husband Ralph, went Sunday and brought her and her horse home. Keith Gubler went to Temple City, Calif, to get his belongings and noved back home to attend college at SUSC. Mrs. Fern Bauer and daughters, Nancy and Susan spent form Thursday to Monday in Provo with her brother and sister-in-law, Max and Edna Williams. |
