Show Dixie College flew Head for Culinary Arts Program Lorraine Woodbury, Dean of the Dixie College Division of Natural Sciences, announced an-nounced recently the selection of George Whitehead to direct the College's new Culinary Arts Program. Whitehead, a St. George resident, is currently , director of the College food services and will pick up the responsibility as director and instructor of the new ' program to be offered on campus. Dixie plans to offer a two-year two-year Associate of Arts I degree or a Certificate of n Proficiency to students I studying to work in the Culinary Arts of food preparation and care. "Before the program can officially be implemented at 1 Dixie College, it will still have to receive approval from the State Board of Regents," emphasized Dr. Pete Nyberg, Vice President for Instruction at Dixie i College. |
