Show "Rhapsody in Blue" 1976 Homecoming Theme homecoming this year is Robert Moore, chairman of the Department of Business. Cartwright, Hunter; Ellen Laursen, American Fork; Parowan; Patty Marxhall, Vernal; Elaine Hoffman, Newark, Delaware; Debbie Frei, -Santa Clara. "Rhapsody in Blue" has been selected as the 1976 Southern Utah State College homecoming theme. General chairman of the week ' of activities is Karen Moore, Cedar City. A tentative schedule of activities ac-tivities includes a special speaker at a non-denominational : meeting Sunday; a gun salute to the flag, torch run, and queens pageant Monday ; kings pageant Tuesday; pep rally, fight song competition, and concert Wednesday; bonfire, stomp (dance), and faculty assembly! Thursday; and the annual "Mud Bowl" football game Friday. Ending the week Saturday will be a parade, football game-SUSC game-SUSC hosting Mesa College-an alumni banquet, queens reception and formal dance. "The committee has some excellent ideas to make the week unique and successful," Moore said. "It should be an exciting week for students as well as alumni." Faculty advisor to |
