Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-8930 (73-2320) Moroni Sanders San-ders and Sons, P.O. Box 901, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 4.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a portion of Water User's Claim 73-230. 73-230. The water has been diverted County from an 8-inch well, 300-400 300-400 ft. deep at a point S. 970 ft. and E. 1170 ft. from N '4 Cor. Sec. 5, T37S, R16W, (3 mi. NE Enterprise) En-terprise) and used for the domestic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 4 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 0.79 ac. in Lot 2, Sec. 5, T37S, R16W. a-8944 (73-2323) Orien L. or Lucille Prince, Rt. 1, Box 66-B, Cedar Gity, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 10.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 11745 (73-1985) as amended by Change a-6860. The water has been diverted from a 12-inch well, 392 ft. deep at a point N. 620 ft. and W. 1320 ft. from Eli Cor. Sec. 7, T35S, R10W, (near Enoch); and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 33.3575 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 3.25 acs. in SW'4SWy4 Sec. 7; NWl4NWy4 Sec. 18, T35S, R10W. hThe remaining amount of water Will be used for the irrigation of 223.15 acs. same as heretofore. a-8934 (73-2322) Wallace R. and Darlene H. Woolsey, P.O. Box 66, Cedar City, Utah 84720 proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 27.0 ac. ft. of ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 23, T37S, R12W and used for the stock-watering stock-watering of 1300 sheep, 10 cattle and 2 horses; and used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 78.50 acs. in WV2NWy4, WSWy4 Sec. 23, T37S, R12W. Hereafter, 14.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two 8-inch wellls at the following points: (1) N. 1421ft. andE. 1465 ft.; (2) N. 1391 ft. and E. 1652 ft. both frdm Sy4 Cor. . Sec 25, T36S',: R13W, (W Quichapa Lake); and used for the domestic purposes of three families, stockwatering of 9 horses, 22 sheep and 76 poultry; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 3.10 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 2.85 acs. in NEV4SE14 Sec. 25, T36S, R13W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake. Box 368, Parowan, Utah84761 proposes to change the place of use of 224.33 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim' 13811 (75-291) and 17709 (75-360). The water has been diverted from a 12-inch well, 508 ft. deep at a point S. 30 ft. and W. 315 ft. from N'4 Cor. Sec: 36, T33S, R9W, (2 mi. W. Paragonah) and used for the supplemental stockwatering of 2 horses, 20 cattle and 20 swine; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 55.90 acs. in EV2SW'4 Sec. 25; NEV4NWV4 Sec. 36, T33S, R9W. Hereafter, 224.33 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted same as heretofore; and used for stock-watering stock-watering same as heretofore; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 85.90 ac. but limited to the sole supply of 55.90 acs. in E'zSW1, Sec. 25; E'2NW4 Sec. 36, T33S, R9W. , a-8939 (71-3337) Jerry D. and Marilyn J. Standridge, 5614 Carey, Las Vegas, Nev., 89110, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of 4.0 ac. ft. of water from Iron County to Washington County as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 14642 (71-1906) Cert. 4678. The water has been diverted from an existing well at a point S. 225 ft. and W. 290 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 32, T36S, R16W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 1.0 ac.
