Show Nellie Bringhurst dies, honored at Services . ... f . .. . Nellie Dean Rowley Bringhurst, age 59 of 372 South 300 East, Cedar City, died July 26, 1978. She was born December 13, 1918 in Parowan, Utah to Jess and Vera Tracy Clark Rowley. She was a member of the L.D.S. Church. Survivors include her husband Lyle; six sons: Larry Barnes of Seattle, Washington; Terry Barnes and Ronnie Barnes both of Pasco, Washington, Jackie Barnes of Benton City, Washington, Marlowe Davis and Lyle Bringhurst both of Cedar City; two brothers and two sisters: Jay Rowley of Cedar City, James Williams Rowley of Milford, Mrs. Max (Varene) Mackelprang of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Mrs. Maxine Gillard of Pasco, Washington. Funeral services were the Boyer Southern Utah Mortuary. Family Prayer was given by Waldo Topham. Prelude and postlude music was rendered ren-dered by Valaine Bladen. Invocation by Lloyd Sherratt followed by speaker Scott Bates. Karen Stratton sang "How Great Thou Art," accompanied by Evelyn Peterson. Bishop Wallace Heap gave closing remarks. Pallbearers included Gary Clark, Robert E. Oldroyd, Dee Davis, Bud Eddards, Lamar Rosenberg, Lamont Rosenberg, Conrad Clark and Brad Rowley. Flowers and compassionate service rendered by the 5th Ward Relief Society sisters. Interment In-terment was in the Cedar City Cemetery with dedicatory prayer offered by Albert Clark. Services were under the direction of Boyer Southern Utah Mortuary. NELLIE DEAN ROWLEY BRINGHURST held Saturday, July 29, 1978 in the Cedar 5th L.D.S. Ward Chapel with Bishop Wallace Heap conducting.
