Show Jacob Lvbbert suffers Fatal Heart Attack sisters and three brothers; Eunice Snow, John Milby, . Carl W.; Enid Nielsen and Lyle R. Lybbert all of southern Alberta Canada. Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 8, 1978 at 2.00 p.m. in the Cedar 15th ; LDS Ward Chapel. Interment In-terment was in the Cedar City Cemetery under the direction of the Spilsbury and Graff Mortuary. j K. jLL, Jacob Kenneth Lybbert, 69 died August 5, 1078 at the Valley View Medical Center from a heart attack. Born January 9, 1909 in Vernal, to Isaac Lybbert and Verda Elmira Timmons Lybbert. Married Janie Myrtle Flynt July 30, 1937 in Columbia Mississippi. She died October 17, 1959. Married Kathryn McCarty October 14, I960. He spent most of his youth in Alberta Canada. Worked for the Ray Knight Cattle Co. for a number of years and it was the largest cattle ranch in Canada at the time. Active Ac-tive for a number of years in rodeo where he competed in the Calgary Stampede. He was a plastering contractor. Moved to Cedar City in 1973. He is survived by his wife of Cedar City, sons and a daughter; Mrs. John (Kathleen) Davis of Torrence, Calif. ; Kenneth E. of Riverside, Calif.; Gene O. of Saratoga, Wyoming, Larry Don of Irvine, Calif.; Stepchildren, Kent C. Parke and Keith A. Parke both of Cedar City, Albert Smith of Bel Fousche, South Dakota; C. Delos Smith of Garden Grove, Calif.; and Mrs. Ray (Carolyn) Daniels of West Minster, Calif. Also surviving sur-viving are 22 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and 2 Jacob K. Lybbert |
