In another burglary $3000 in equipment was recovered and a suspect arrested after Houchen's investigation took him from Beaver, Utah to Las Vegas, Nevada. Recognizing a good thing when they see it, Cedar City recently sent Detective Houchen to the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia for a two-week seminar in advanced criminology. Attended by investigators from across the nation, the school focused on the theories of criminality, personality disorders and how to conduct cases involving in-volving special problems.
