Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications ihave been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations in SLB&M. a -6238 Ha Q. Corry, 494 W. 400 S., Cedar City, Utah proposes pro-poses to correct the place and nature of use of 255.40 ac.-ft. out of a total of 260.0 ac.-ft. of water as evidenced by App. No. 35453a (73-2130) as amended by a-5451. The orgin-al orgin-al application was filed for 260.0 ac.-ft. however, the applicant ap-plicant has filed proof and is only perfecting 255.40 ac.-ft. of water. The water was to have been diverted from a 10-in. well, 100-300 ft. deep at point N. 50 ft. W. 1370 ft. from E& Cor. Sec. 9, T35S, R11W, and used for the stockwatering of 36 cattle and horses, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 64.75 acres within SW&-NE, SW&-NE, SENW Sec. 9, T35S, R11W. Hereafter, 255.40 ac.-ft of water is to be diverted from a 12-in. well, 350 ft. deep at a point N. 50 ft. W. 1355 ft. from E Cor. Sec. 9, T35S, R11W, and used for stockwatering of 150 cattle and horses and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 62.80 acres within Wy2NE4 and EMW, Sec. 9, T35S, R11W. a-6243 Elmer A. Lee, Box 37, Boulder, Nevada, proposes to change the point of diversion diver-sion and nature of use of 14.0 ac.-ft. out of a total of 264.4 ac.-ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 5224 (73-718). The water has been diverted from a 14-in. well, 200 ft. deep at a point N. 350 ft. W. 1745 ft. from Cor. Sec. 27, T35S, R11W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 66.1 acres within NVSE, SWSW&, Sec. 22; NWNE Sec. 27, T35S, R11W. Hereafter, 14.0 ac.-ft. of water wat-er will be diverted from an 8-in 8-in well, 200-300 ft. deep at a point S. 240 ft. W. 1450 ft. from EM Cor. Sec. 22, T35S, R11W, and used for domestic purposes pur-poses of 1 family, stockwater- ing of 7 cattle, and from Mar. , , i 115 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 3.27 acres within NWSE'i Sec. 22, T35S, R11W, the remaining re-maining water will be used as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in dupjicate with the State Engineer.
