Show GET COVETED EAGLES. These seven sev-en young men of the Cedar Breaks District received their Eagle ranks in Sunday's Court of Honor. Left to right, they are' Charles Bess, Jeff Felix, Fe-lix, Gary Black, Tracy Kirkham, Kenneth Ken-neth Moss, Anthony Stephenson and Wm. M. Morrison. Seven Eagles awarded at Court of Honor; Troop 379 takes lead Troop 379 walked away with the Badger Award at the Cedar Breaks District Court of Honor held at the Cedar Stake House Sunday evening. The troop, under the enthus. iastic leadership of Scoutmaster Scoutmas-ter Richard Prince, came up with a total of 42.3 points to outscore all other troops In Gary Black, Troop 379, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. D. Black. An Eagle Palm was presented pre-sented to Charles Chamberlain Troop 33, son of Mr. and Mrs. Royce Chamberlain. Star awards went to Jay Jones, Troop 334; Chris Petty, Troop 33; Terry Porter, and Jeff Jolley, Troop 379. the district. Second place went to troop 335 with 34 points. Points garnered by a formula form-ula which takes into consideration, consider-ation, advancements during the month, total troop participation parti-cipation and participation of parents in the Court of Honor activities. The July Court of Honor provided 94 merit badges, six first and second class awards. four Star awards, one Bronze Palm and Seven Eagles. Recipients of the coveted Eagle Awards were listed as follows: Tracy Kirkham, Troop 371, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Kirkham. " Anthony Stephenson, Troop 334, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Ray Stephenson. Wm. M. Morrison, Troop 335, son of Mrs. Jean Morrison. Charles Bess, Troop 371, son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Bess. Kenneth Moss, Troop 379, son of Dr. and Mrs. Robert Moss.
